To start the return process for your order, please enter your email address or phone number and the order number below.

HOW DO I RETURN?

 

Enter your order number and email address in the fields above and click the start button. Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return. You will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once the return request is approved. Please check your junk folder for your returns label before emailing us, as they often get sent there. You must include your order number and name inside the package so we can identify the return as yours.

 

WHAT ITEMS CAN I RETURN?

 

You can return your items within 30 days of receipt of your shipment: 

 

1. They must be in original condition, not worn and not washed.

 

2. Ideally they should be in the original packaging and all labels must be still attached.

 

Free gifts or promotional items are not returnable. Any sale items are eligible for a return or exchange within 14 days of receipt for a flat fee charge of £5 to cover shipping costs.

 

ARE THERE ANY CHARGES FOR RETURNS?

 

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless there is a fault with your item or the wrong item was shipped. Please email info@seventymochi.com if either of these apply to your return. 

Return shipping is free if you are making an exhange for a different size or item. You will recieve a collect+ shipping label free of charge to use. 

You are responsible for the charges of the return shipping if you are making a return only. We can provide you with a collect+ label for this return, however you will be charged a flat fee of £5 which covers the cost of the shipping. You do not have to use our collect+ return label however we then recommend you send it recorded mail by Royal Mail so you can track your item.

Please note any returns from outside of the UK will not be able to use our collect+ service. All postage must be paid for and all packages clearly labelled RETURN on the outside so any duties or taxes are not applied. We can not accept any returns back where these have been added.

 

HOW SOON WILL I GET MY REFUND?

 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email within 5 working days to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Please note due to staff shortages we are sometimes experiencing some delays in processing returns. Please bare with us and email info@seventymochi.com if you have any questions.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied original method of payment, within 10 working days. Please remember if you made a return only and not an exhange a charge of £5 will be taken off your final amount credited back if you used our collect+ service.
